Emma Sue is walking! Yesterday was her first day of officially walking with almost no crawling at all! I love it! It is worth all of the extra trouble she causes just to not have her hands all over the nasty floors all of the time! SO much less stressful for me!
Here is a little snippet of her awesome new skills, I will have to post an updated video later on :)
Emma also had her first professional haircut yesterday. It's growing on me after a day of looking at it and if she would leave hair clips in her hair it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but she doesn't... so she looks ridiculous. I could have given her the cut for free and I feel really dumb for paying $18 for something I could have done better myself and had been doing up to this point. I had high expectations and they were not met lol! Anyway, here she is getting her first hair cut!
My camera died while we were at the place so I didn't get the direct "after" picture, but here is one from when we made it back home. I did make it a little nicer than what it was when we walked out of the cookie cutters but you get the idea.
She was a trooper though and loved watching Baby Einstein! She thought the TV was amazing... I don't let her watch TV almost at all so she was mesmerized by it the whole time and kept talking to it... it was kind of cute:
